Great looking finish 👍. Is that the black Total Coat underneath? BTW I have tried both black and white Total Coat and love it.
I went to Sherwin Williams web site and only size I saw was 1 gal. Way more than I could use for a pair or two of bookshelves. Would be cool if they had in 1 qt.
No this is the gallery series in Tricorn Black 3 coats, 1 hour in between coats lightly sanded with 320 grit. Yes sherwin Williams does only sell it in gallons. ( the rep is stopping by next week to talk about that). The Total coat in my opinions is a far better product StickyTex.

Gallery retails around $120 a gallon I pay $75.21. Emerald I believe retails for $109 a gallon I pay around $65. But there is no comparison in the finish the sand ability, the hardness, no comparison.
Did you use the pressurized 3M gun or thin down the paint/ gravity feed?
No thinning required when using a 1.8 or 2.0 nozzle. I don’t have the pressurized HVLP ones they’re just regular HVLP.

Yeah well it also boasts mid-bass capability...
3" with 1.4mm xmax. I guess could be a midbass for your desktop PC if you refuse to power it with anything but the headphone output.
Makes the super bumped backplate is a bit comical.. I mean I know it is a thin magnet, but is it that overhung?
I think they're being a little generous with that sensitivity number too. The graph shows about 88dB over most of it's bandwidth which jives with the math on the other specs.
MP011860 also has some weird data on the spec sheet, for example it claims a Le of 0.75mh and yet the impedance graph looks to be at least half of that, if not lower.
= Howard Stark: "This is the key to the future. I'm limited by the technology of my time, but one day you'll figure this out."
011860 appears to resemble a natural finish RS150 pretty heavily.
399553 is RS180 frame, and Dynavox style cone. I have a set of samples from the first PE Tent Sale that are very similar to these but white cones.
I agree the other 2 look like replacements for the 5665 and 5670.
I would also say the L word is likely manufacturer.
I sent an inquiry to them, but MOQ is 100 and pricing came in just over $50 FOB. If someone wanted to manage a group buy on a larger forum we could make it work, but I can't afford to sit on over $5000 worth of drivers hoping people will buy them for $150/pr.

have you considered putting your request to Newark?
I have had to contact sales reps to talk to the purchasing officer in Sydney to get products into Australia.
Make no mistake, $50 per piece is a high end price.
(I have family in Taiwan. When an electrician comes to our house at night to look at faulty appliance, the callout fee is about US$5. In Australia, virtually no private electrician will visit you after hours. And callout fee during business hours ~9AM-5PM is ~US$100)
They have a woodgrain version too. Dang I wish they would have come out with that a few years ago or I'd have been interested. Uses the same $50 AT elliptical stylus mine came with. Sounded pretty good to me, just doesn't last all that long if you spin alot. When that wore out I went with the microlinear stylus which is rated to last 3x longer... though 3x the price too.

3" with 91db/w. Appears to be a woven cone and neodymium motor. No mention of shorting ring but a pretty dang flat impedance.
Looks good and easier to mount than any of those FaitalPro 3FE series drivers too . . . roll it off @ 5K . . .
Ring Radiator version of same tweeter, price CAD$281

That's probably a good 3" mid. But PE should check their automated web pages
Not sure that I'm ready to build a 174 ft^3 enclosure for this.

Extending below 0.1 Hz is impressive, though. I would guess maximum spl is rather low...

I'll take the sub-0.4 sealed all day. Just use a closet as enclosure and bam!
Has anyone else noticed that more often than not, PE enclosure recommendations don't align with any other simulator? I sure have
They've stated somewhere on the PETT forum what they use... something like the "high fidelity" default in BassBox Pro

This looks somewhat useful, if a bit expensive:

I ordered one, what the fuck.

That ^ MP011857 8" looks like a poly cone replacement for the now NLA 55-5670 paper/Kevlar . . . thanks for the heads-up.
MP011860 looks like Zaph's woofer but specks and Fr looks kind of like the FW146.

Looks like it may be Lyeco stuff.

This isn't parts express we can say Lyeco.
You can find the drivers on the lyeco site actually, so yeah.
There preorder right?

Maybe Newark is going to step up their game, would like to see this driver hit stateside:

Interesting little feller from GRS:

Obviously a Aurasound knockoff (with quite a bit lower sensitivity), but might make for a really nice midrange in a desktop sized 3-way.

50 doesn't seem so bad for that driver. Be nice if they offered that design in larger diameters.
PE turntables?
