TB 2" Dome midrange issue - is there a way to fix this

I have a set of very old Tang Band 2inch dome midrange, that i had obtained some time back. One measures fine, the other seems off.

Is there a way to fix these? Something i can start off with? what problem does the Impedance curve reveals?

The purple trace looks like a pole plug issue or maybe a faceplate that isn't right.

Yup, looks like one is leaking.
