I hope to have a new pair of BDT-2901 in a couple weeks. They have finished the lab testing and are satisfied with the measurements. They have moved on to listening tests to see if anything is audibly concerning.
Tested the Wavecor tweeters for impedance, and these definitely do not have ferrofluid as the Zmax at resonance is about 40 ohms. I foresee some Fs compensation in their future of some variety.
