I wish I had a good inexpensive source. Once UltraTouch went away the remaining readily available Frost King option had pretty terrible cost:quantity ratio. I started moving towards acoustic foam https://foambymail.com/acoustical-wedge-foam.html
This is where I sourced my last batch. Probably the same stuff as the stuff JR linked but a better price. I still have a ton of it though, so unless you need a lot getting a single sheet from PE might make more sense, if not cents.
PE sells a denim sonic barrier without the vinyl layer and it's less money than the Secondskin product. Both are substantially less than acoustic foam. I use the denim on all my speakers but use foam wherever I need a hole. I use double stick carpet tape to hold it in place.

Dang 3.5" thick? Gotta take slices outa that like cake.
I have most of a bundle of this product left over from when Menards used to carry it.
I use the full thickness for larger speakers. For anything less than about a liter internal volume, it can mess with tuning frequencies, so one has to check that or pull the sheets apart to approximately half thickness, which isn't too difficult in practice
Keep an open mind, but don't let your brain fall out.

Same as Scott. I picked up a big bundle of this 3.5" thick Ultratouch stuff from Menards several years ago. Still have alot left over to use on future projects. But it is a real pain to cut. And it gets really messy when you try to pull it apart to reduce the thickness from 3.5" down to half or 1" thickness. I'm all out of the nice 1" thick Ultratouch squares that Menards sold a while back. They were really easy to work with.

I've used this stuff in a few higher end builds. Cut the vinyl with a utility knife and the denim with a pair of scissors.

This stuff is pretty good. But I use the stuff JR linked at Parts Express because it's so easy to just add to an order and is good value.

You can cut the denim with a good pair of scissors but I find something like is much easier. The screwdriver is just for scale.
